How to Create Digilocker Account

Follow these steps to create Digilocker account

1. First visit to Digilocker site .
2. Click on "Sign Up" button.

   

3. Enter your mobile number which you want to register in your Digilocker account .

   

4. Then enter OTP you receive on your mobile number and press verify button.

   

5. Create username (username less than 50 and greater than 3 character,has letter ,number,or special character dot,-,@,underscore)and password (password should 8-30 has at least one letter,one number,special character #,* ,!,@,$ are allowed ). 

   

6. Set pin in mobile app.
7. Enter your Aadhaar number and click on submit button (It is optional you can create your account without Aadhaar number ).

   

How to link documents with Digilocker account

First you need to link your Aadhaar to Digilocker account after that you can link your documents.

1. Go to Digiloker site
2. "Sign In" to your Digilocker account with username and password . You can also "Sign In" to your account with Aadhaar number (If your Digilocker account link to Aadhaar) .
3. Click on "Issued Documents".

   

4. In mobile app click on "Search" button and select documents which you want to link Digilocker account for example:-
   • Select "Ministry of Road Transport and Highways" if you want to link your - Driving License ,Fitness Certificate ,RC
   • Select "Income Tax Department" if you want to link PAN card .
5. In desktop click on "Pull Documents".

   

6. Then select "partner name" and select "document type" and press enter button 
   • For example:-If you want link driving license select "Ministry of Road Transport and Highways" in partner name and driving license in document type .
