Recover the password through contact details.
To recover the password through contact details you need to have access of the recovery email or the contact number that you have registered with your rediff mail.

4 Confirm your details
Now Rediffmail will ask you to confirm your details, you will ask to choose a method to receive the code to verify your details, you can choose the phone number or the recovery email id that you have given at the time of signing up.
5 Enter the mobile number
Now you need to enter the number that you have given at the time of signing up. enter the number and then type the code shown on the image and then click on next.
6 Enter the code
You will receive a code on your phone number or on your email address, enter the code than click on proceed
7 Create your new password
You verification is completer now you need to create a new password, create a strong password but remember that it should not contain your first name or last name or should not match with old password
Recover the password without phone and alternate email ID
If you don't have access of the recovery email address and the contact number that you have registered with your rediff mail acount or you have not registered your contact number and alternate email ID as your recovery email ID then you can follow below given steps:-

- Do you subscribe to any newsletters or mailing lists? If yes, tell us the sender details for the same.
