Yahoo provides two step verification services to secure your account, whenever you will login into your Yahoo mail account it will verify using code which will be sent on your phone. If you wants to activate two step verification you can follow below given steps
1 Go to account security page
To disable your account key you need to go on your Yahoo account security page
2 Tap on phone number
Yahoo will ask you to sign in be verifying the code that has been sent on you phone, for that you need to click on phone number.
3 Enter your number
Yahoo will ask you to enter your phone number on which you would like receive the code.
4 Enter verification code
Yahoo will send you the code now you need to enter the code in case you have not received the code you can click on resend SMS or you can tap on Call me to receive code on Call.
Here two step verification is activated, you can click on Ok to continue
