Facebook: Deactivate Two Factor Authentication

Two step authentications is a security feature that helps you to protect your Facebook account, you will be asked to confirm your login attempt or to enter a code that has been sent to your mobile. But Sometimes its become very hectic or annoying to enter code every time you login from unknown browser, if you don't have access to your phone you might not be able to login in facebook. However you can deactivate this high security feature,to deactivate this feature please follow below steps:-

1 Go To profile page

To deactivate two factor authentication, first go to your profile page and than click on the drop down symbol given on top right corner.Go To Profile Page

2 Select Settings and Privacy

In the drop down symbol you will get some options please select settings and privacy.go to Settings and Privacy

3 Select Settings

In settings and privacy select settings option.

4 Go To Security and Login

You will be directed to general account settings page in which you need to click on security and login.click on security and login

5 Go To Two-Factor Authentication

Go to two-factor authentication and click at "On" button given below two-factor authentication.click on two factor authentication

6 Enter Your Password

You will be asked to enter your password, enter your password and then click on continue.enter your password

7 Click On Turn Off

You will be leaded on two-factor authentication, you need to click on turn off button to deactivate your two-factor authentication.click to turn offclick to turn off
